THE MOST CHALLENGING JOB: FIND A JURY FOR Cannes Lions

What a job: Find every year 300 professionals in the industry -  men and women, from different networks and independent agencies, with different backgrounds and expertises in their profession, known for their work in his/her region, in a leading position and with several years of expertise in an agency.  Every year. 300! What a job.

From Monday on in Cannes judges from all over the world will arrive - not exactly matching all 94 countries where award entries are originated, but it´s a very international group. In PR there will be five from the Americas, twelve from Europe and four from AsiaPacific. All local representatives of the Cannes Lions Festival are constantly searching for talent and members of the creative industry to find fresh minds for the 17 juries at Cannes. What an incredible job they do. So thanks to all of them - in Germany this is the fabulous team of Werbe Weischer, 

And I am very much looking forward to meet the PR Jury and to to work with Rene Wilson from the US, Andres Rodriguez from Colombia, Angela Spain (:-), coming from New Zealand, Ann Maes from Belgium, Arnaud Pochebonne from France, Catarina Amorim from lovely Portugal, another Caterina, Caterina Tonini from Italy, Claire Bridges from UK, Clairde Salvetti from Australia, Desiree Maurd from sweden, Elise Mitchell from the U.S., Francisco Lopec Dominguez from Spain, Julia Kozak from Poland, Matias Alurralde from Argentina, Mauro Silva will not stay in Brazil for the World Soccer Cup, he comes to Cannes, Preben Carlsen from Norway, Radhika Shapoorjee from India, Ruth Sheetrit from Israel, Ruth Warder from UK and Tomoki Harada, he has propably the longest flight from Japan.
